Well, Merry Christmas! Even though it's pretty much over.

It was a good Christmas...I got some great stuff, I can't complain. And our first Christmas together in the condo was great. So, that's great, of course.

But I wanted to drop this note on here...so Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night (because now I'm tired...)!

Well, I believe that I am done with Christmas shopping, finally. I needed to pick up one last thing today for my Dad, and that was that.

So, tomorrow, I can relax a bit and not have to worry about running around like a nutcase. Today, Gina and I went to the Jewel near our place, and let me tell you, it was a madhouse there (b/c of the Sears and other anchor stores in the same lot) already. I can't imagine what tomorrow will be like.

It should be nice tomorrow...I haven't had a Christmas Eve completely off since school. I think I might just make this a tradition. It's easy, since Gina has the same time off every year, to plan it, that's for sure. :)

Otherwise, it's certainly damned cold out, as most of you know. I don't mind the cold, but only if it's snowing. As such, it's not snowing. In fact, it's probably too cold to snow here (without the help of lake-effect snow, which nailed Indiana and Laz while I was in Vegas...).

Thankfully, it'll "warm up" a bit next week, when I return to work.

Ah well...I at least wanted to say to all of you out there...Merry Christmas if I don't post during the next two days...and Happy Holidays to those who don't celebrate Christmas, of course!

Well, thanks to Miss Wired, I did bring underpants to Vegas. However, I didn't bring earplugs. It wasn't too loud. :)

I did, however, bring home an additional $20 that I didn't have when I got there. I hit a lucky streak playing the Wheel of Fortune slot machines the first 24 hours or so. Not a break-the-bank lucky streak, but I did win $125 on just four slot pulls at the $1 slot the first night. Of course, I cashed out. But I wasn't about to stop gambling the first night. It just allowed me to gamble the rest of the 48 hours with house money. I won enough to keep me from ever tapping into my reserves. I played with house money the entire trip, which was nice.

Vegas was very cool...I will go back when I can. There was so much to do...but now I'm tired, so I'm going to bed. Much to do now to catch up to the Christmas rush... :)

In 12 hours, I'll be on my way to Vegas. Vegas, baby, VEGAS!

Still trying to figure out what to take...haven't packed either. Oh well...I'll get it done soon enough. :)

Everyone have a good start to the week! Seeya Thursday!
