I spent two of the last three days in The Brook, weeding my garden. It's amazing how resilient those perennials can be...they were quite overgrown with weeds, but they were mostly there...a couple didn't survive the winter, but for the most part, the garden's intact. I even brought some daisies back with me for my kitchen table. They're blooming in full force, as are the columbines I planted last year. So that's good...

I worked yesterday, despite being quite sore after three hours of weeding on Saturday. It wasn't bad...the fact that I got about six hours of work was good news enough. :)

Today I went back to The Brook. Now I'm back in the city again. Gonna probably go for a bike ride with Gina after I eat...which is right now. :)
