I just wanted to share one thing I just read: OK, now I understand the others being on this list...they have a lot of saturated fat as well as trans fat. But now they're telling us breakfast cereal, particularly a very healthy breakfast cereal like Cracklin' Oat Bran (one of my favorites too), is no good.
This is why I eat whatever and don't give a crap about what these so-called experts say, because one day milk is good for you and the next day it's bad for you. No one has any idea that it doesn't really matter what you eat, so long as it's all in moderation. Dumbasses.
