Let's see...
1. Blood test clear, except that my LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) is "borderline high" at 140 (it should be 90).
2. 30th birthday is the next day. I tell myself, "No problem. Just gotta be better about what I eat and how much." Go eat salad for lunch because I felt guilty.
3. Yesterday, hit a home run--legitimately legged it out--and was winded, but not as bad as I thought I'd be.
4. Feeling new-found vigor, I still had a salad today, but an "unhealthy" Chicken BLT salad at Wendy's.
