Wow...it's been nearly a month, according to this thing. Well, that's because YouTube pissed me off. I tried to post a couple videos to my blog to share, but it didn't work. Bastards.

So, what's new? Well, we're still trying to sell the condo. Got a couple interested folks on Sunday, but everyone who comes in and looks around is "interested," just like we were interested in the house that was about $200k over our budget (pricetag wasn't published in ad) and about $300k over what it should be listed at, because it sucked. It was huge, but it was in terrible, terrible shape. And just because it was in Norwood Park, they thought they could go nuts with the price. Dumbasses.

I guess, basically, we're just going to sit here in a holding pattern and see what happens, of course. We can't do much else. Just hoping that the nicer weather sticks around for the most part and people come out and see that we have one of the better condos in the vicinity, even if it is priced a measly $900 higher than the next highest one on our block. The market sucks for selling right now, but I don't think we're asking too much. Plus, we are slightly flexible and can take a bit less and still get what we want. That's the key, of course. :)

But, other than that, we're just keeping on. So I'm going to keep on and go to sleep...because, damn, I'm tired. :)
