It's official.
After two hours of sitting in a room at a Title company, trying to fix the problems the stupid bank imposed by completely screwing up all the details of our loan, we have the condo.

It is ours. The people moved out yesterday (they moved only two blocks away, actually), and we got control of the place then.

Now, we begin looking for countertops, which are ridiculously priced, by the way. We also will replace the locks today and start cleaning and buying things such as paint and plumbing fixtures and whatnot.

We will be moving on Nov. 13. Mark your calendars, we will need help. An email is coming soon. :)
