--I'm back. I'm tired. I'm cold (forgot to bring something warm to wear upon arrival in Chicago--thankfully, Gina picked me up at the airport). Philly was cool, what little I got to see of it.

--Oh, and I tried such out-of-the-box (for the U.S., anyway) flavor ideas as S e s a m e Ice Cream (just in case I'm bound to confidentiality or something silly like that...see what you've done, Laz?), Cinnamon H u m m u s, Blueberry and L a v e n d e r Gelato, and soda infused with 4 different kinds of teas. Interesting.
